Our Herald Speciality Coffee Blend combines a sweet medium bodied bean from the Cerrado, a tropical savanna ecoregion in the centre of Brazil, with a Grade 1 Southern Ethiopian bean. This coffee is roasted in small batches in Cambridgeshire.

FLAVOURS: floral with earthy undertones
BEANS: grind according to your coffee making methodology
CAFETIÈRE: 7-10 grams of coffee per cup. Use off the boil water. Wait 4 mins
FILTER: 10-14 grams of coffee per cup. Pay attention to grind size!
MOKA: always use fresh water. Heat over low/med heat. Listen for gurgle
ESPRESSO: run shot for 20-25 seconds. Aim for x2 shot weight vs grind weight
