Terms & Conditions – Instagram Prize Draw

1. 1. 1. The promoter is Herald Motor Company, a division of Encocam Ltd (company no. 1944904) whose registered office address is: 5 Stukeley Business centre, Blackstone Rd, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6EF.
      2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over (entrants below 18 years of age should have their parent/guardian(s) permission to enter) except employees of Encocam and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
      3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
      4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      5. To enter the competition participants must post a photo of a Herald motorcycle and tag @heraldmotorco and #heraldmotorcomp.
      6. Herald Motor Co. reserves the right to remove the tag and exclude from the contest any photo that has inappropriate content.
      7. Closing date for entries is at 11.59 GMT on the 29th August. After this date no further entries will be permitted.
      8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
      9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
      10. The prize is a choice of either a Herald Custom Shop Tee or Herald Wall of Death tee. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
      11. Winners will be selected by a panel of Herald judges every Friday from 9th August until 30th August. Judges are looking for the best photo that captures the essence of summer with a Herald.
      12. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
      13. The prizes will be sent out to the address provided by the winner within 21 days of receipt of the address details.
      14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
      15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry and photo being shared across Herald’s social channels.

      17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@heraldmotorcompany.com.
